Following the PM's recent announcement regarding the roadmap for lifting COVID-19 measures, we are happy to annouce that our warehouse has now reopened and we are finally able to welcome our customers back in!
Should you require any assistance with repairs or calibrations of Flocking Equipment that was unable to be looked at during lockdown and Tier closures, these can now be booked in to be seen by one of our engineers! We will also be opening our reception for the collection of local orders. Please make sure that if you visit, to wear a facemask or face covering with you on your arrival.

Here at The Flocking Shop, we're sending seasons greetings to our customers and their loved ones to stay safe this Christmas time. Since our staff have now returned to the workplace after the UK lockdown, we continue to follow COVID-19 guidelines and procedures to ensure our staff remain safe while ensuring all orders are processed and dispatched in a timely manner.
Our warehouse still remains closed for those that typically wish to collect their order - we apologise for the inconvenience but we request that at this time, local orders are delivered to avoid any unnecessary contact.

We are now fully underway in the manufacture of a number of essentional production lines required for those in the medical industry to assist with the production of medical swabs used in the fight against COVID-19.
Because of this, our already limited staff are prioritising the manufacture of these equipments, to ensure we can get them to their final destinations and up and running as soon as possible!
For those of you who are still placing orders with us online via the web shop, email or telephone, this may mean a slight delay in dispatching your orders. We kindly ask for you to have a little extra patience with us during this time!
