By shipping with carbon-conscious carriers who off-set their CO2 emissions, ensuring packaging is 100% recyclable and plastic bags used are manufactured from 80% reclaimed material, our focus is ensuring our carbon footprint is a driving consideration, while helping us reduce the impact that we have on the environment.
Local - Click & Collect
For customers local to our Warehouse location (Eastleigh, SO50 6NZ) you can select our Click & Collect option for FREE!
Orders available for collection within 2 working hours.
Please call to confirm your order has been accepted and processed prior to visiting our Warehouse to collect.
UK Mainland - Next Working Day Delivery
Our Next Working Day Delivery service comes as standard with any order placed to addresses in mainland UK (excludes Highlands).
Order by 1PM for same day dispatch; providing all products ordered are in stock.
When larger orders or custom-built goods are selected, slight delays may occur and an estimated date of delivery will be given.
Our courier’s deliver Monday - Friday (for business addresses) and Monday – Saturday (for residential addresses), between 8am and 6pm.
Our courier provides a 1-hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email, so you don’t have to wait in all day!
Delivery upgrades available: Saturday Delivery, Pre-noon Delivery and Pre-10AM Delivery.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands - Economy Delivery
Our Domestic Delivery uses an Economy service as standard, for any order placed to addresses in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands; including Channel Islands, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.

Shipping charges are based on the volume of the order placed, and the geographical location of the delivery. Remote areas and European Islands may incur additional charges.
Customs, Tax and Duty charges are liable to be paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Our Pallet Delivery service is an affordable way to send large volume or heavy weight parcels in one trip to addresses in the UK, Europe or Worldwide; some regional exclusions may apply.
